From Concept to Completion: Renault Master Transformed into a Mobile Workshop

The customer required a practical, reliable workspace that would allow him to carry out repairs and maintenance wherever the job took him. Our challenge was to maximise the available space while creating a safe, organised, and efficient working environment tailored specifically to the forklift industry.

Turning an Idea into a Design

Before any work began, we worked closely with the customer to understand how the van would be used on a daily basis. Every tool, piece of equipment, and industry requirement was considered during the planning stage.

Using our 3D design process, we created a detailed layout of the proposed conversion, allowing the customer to visualise the finished workshop before installation began. This gave us the opportunity to carefully plan the positioning of equipment, storage areas, and working zones to ensure the finished vehicle would be as practical as possible.

A key part of the design process was understanding the unique requirements of a forklift technician. Unlike a standard trade vehicle, this workshop needed to accommodate larger and specialist equipment, including storage for a trolley jack, ladders, oxy-acetylene bottles, and large forklift cell batteries.

By carefully utilising every available area within the Renault Master, we created dedicated storage solutions that allowed essential equipment to be carried safely and securely, while still maintaining an organised and efficient workspace.

Once the design was approved, our team brought the concept to life.
